Terms & Conditions

Positions in the program are finalised when payment is made and tickets are received.
Please note that when you select OK to register you have signed and agreed to all terms and conditions as set out on this disclaimer.
Permission to participate is granted once tickets are purchased.
Permission to take photographs and use images for promotional purposes is granted when a ticket is purchased. Please advise us if you do not want your child to be photographed.
Nettyheads is not responsible for any damages caused and are exempt from liability.
Nettyheads will administer First Aid where necessary. Injuries can occur in sport.

Cancellations Policy

A full refund will be given 72hours before the clinic commences. Afterwards a 50% refund will be transferred to the client. Extenuating circumstances such as injuries or an accident or family emergency- a refund could be granted but will be delivered less a $20 administration fee.
